Commercial Rentals require the following:

• A signed lease of a term to be determined between Landlord and Tenant.
• A Security Deposit.
• Priced by the square foot per annum or at a set monthly rate.
• Tenant usually pays for utilities or these can sometimes be included in the rental rate.
• In some cases there may be monthly common area charges if there are shared facilities with other tenants in the same building.
