Booking Direct with the Property Manager allows you to avoid paying exorbitant booking fees on your rental and keeps costs down, as well as having direct contact with the people who actually manage the properties.

Our privately owned holiday rental properties have been selected to make sure that they meet a standard that is acceptable for the price. We will not represent any property that does not meet a basic standard of cleanliness, required amenities of tv (with or without cable), fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, washing machines (most have dryers as well). Most properties have air conditioned bedrooms, the few that do not have this indicated in the description. Maid service is provided as compulsory at all holiday rental properties. Remember, privately owned properties are priced to be very competitive to hotels therefore making them exceptionally good value for the discerning traveller.

It is our aim to offer our holiday clients a full service regardless of the nightly rate that is being paid. We offer, at an extra charge, an airport transfer meet and greet service to get you to your selected property without effort, car rentals that can be delivered to the airport or to the property, your own itemized initial food package which we will shop and stock prior to your arrival. Crib, high chair and car seat rentals can be arranged for those families with babies and small children.

You are met at your property of choice by a representative from our office, who will hand over keys and familiarize you with your surroundings, answer any questions you have and advise you of nearby amenities. We are available to our guests on a twenty-four hour basis, particularly in case of emergencies.
